Hey there, it never ceases to amaze me how far people will commute to get to work, all in the name of getting that dream house for a cheaper price. For me it’s a no brainer, I need to live close to where I work. It saves me time, which gives me more time to spend with my wife and children.

Sure you might save some money by moving to a new sub division, but how much extra commuting time will that cost you? Not to mention increased gas costs, car maintenance and higher stress levels. Money can come and go, but time is something you can never get back, once it’s gone, it’s gone!
