4 weeks done of My 12 Week Fitness Challenge! Only 8 to go!
I’m happy to say that I made it to all my workouts and kept the eating fairly good, except for one bad day on Wednesday. My wife and I decided to go to Erin Mills Town Centre for lunch and I had a Gyro. One meal isn’t that bad right? Then ‘Murphey’s Law’ kicks in, why do things always seem to snowball after that? During the day a water main on my street broke meaning we were without water so we had to go out for dinner and guess where we ended up? McDon’tEatThisIfYouAreWorkingOut!
Aside from 1 not so good day, the rest of the week went really well. Work was really busy this week so I had to skip my Wednesday weigh in and nutritional session, but I’ll be there next week and update how the weight and body fat situation is going.
I also had a chance to blog about my morning smoothie and the appliances I use to keep my eating plan on track, make sure to check them out.
