I’m happy to say that week 3 went much better than week 2 of My 12 Week Fitness Challenge. Still nursing a cold, I only got to the gym 3 times however I had some really good workouts. What’s more important is that I stuck to my nutrition plan and my schedule to wake up early.
At my weigh in on Wednesday I was surprised to find out that I lost 2.6 lbs, making it 4.2 lbs I total for the past two weeks! That was a real motivator considering the frigid cold weather returned with a vengeance which always makes it harder to get out and go to the gym so early.
That’s it for now, time to get ready to show some houses later this afternoon and then Sunday off for some R&R!
